What is a newly discontinued "A" stock product?
Our Newly Discontinued "A" Stock products meet "new product specifications." These
products have not been sold prior to your purchase, but are being phased out for new
incoming product.
What is a refurbished product?
Our refurbished products include evaluation units, customer return units, and
cosmetically imperfect units. These products are retested and determined to meet
ViewSonic's quality standards before they are sold as refurbished
units. Performance may be slightly below performance of a new ViewSonic unit.
For your protection and in accordance to policy, ViewSonic may be required to verify
your credit card information should there be any discrepancies.
ViewSonic must validate the information by sending an email to request additional
information as follows:
- A Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out and signed
- A copy of the card holder's valid ID or Driver’s license (No passport)
- Fax the above to 714-987-6956 or email to store@viewsonic.com

WHY IS INSTALLATION AND SETUP EASIER WITH VIEWBOARDS?
All users need to do to get started with a ViewBoard is mount it to a wall or trolley
cart. After that, using the ViewBoard is plug and play and very intuitive.
ViewBoards include extensive connectivity options to make
it easy to quickly connect to a PC, laptop or tablet. IWBs require mounting the
projector to the ceiling and the attaching the board to the wall. After that IWB
systems (and projectors) need to be calibrated for accurate
image display. The older the IWB system/projector, the more frequently it needs to
be calibrated.
